How to get the product

Sprite Splitter for Mac — one-time purchase, notarized installer, local-only processing.

Buy online, download the macOS .dmg, install on your Mac, then activate with the SS1.… key from a separate activation email (not the Creem receipt alone). Checkout is handled by our Merchant of Record partner Creem; we email your Sprite Splitter key after the order goes through. You can usually expect that email within 12–24 hours after a successful payment. If nothing arrives within 24 hours, check spam/junk, then email 917097871@qq.com with your Creem order ID.

Step-by-step

  1. Purchase. Open the buy link: creem.io/payment/… (same button as on the homepage). Complete checkout with your email.
  2. Download the app. After payment you are returned to the product site. Open your Creem receipt email, click Download File (or VIEW ORDER), open the order, then in Files download SpriteSplitter-….dmg.
  3. Install on macOS. Open the .dmg, drag Sprite Splitter into Applications, then launch it.
  4. Activate (direct-sale build). After purchase you receive a separate email with your SS1.… activation key. Launch Sprite Splitter, paste the entire key (the whole line starting with SS1.) when the app asks, then Activate. One license covers up to 2 Macs. Mac App Store builds (when available) use Apple’s receipt instead — no SS1 key.

When will I get the key?

After a successful order, the activation-key email usually arrives within 12–24 hours (often sooner). It is separate from the Creem receipt email. If you still have nothing after 24 hours, check spam/junk, then contact 917097871@qq.com with your order ID.

Important — use the right code

Creem’s payment receipt may show another “license” or reference string. That is not your Sprite Splitter activation key. Please only use the SS1.… key from the activation email (the one that asks you to paste into the app).

  4. 4. 激活（直销版）。 购买后你会另收到一封带 SS1.… 激活密钥的邮件（不是仅凭 Creem 收据）。 启动 Sprite Splitter，在提示时粘贴整行密钥（以 SS1. 开头），再点激活。 一份许可最多覆盖 2 台 Mac。若日后使用 Mac App Store 版本，则走 Apple 收据，不需要 SS1 密钥。

重要：Creem 付款收据上可能另有一串 “license” 或参考编号——那不是 Sprite Splitter 的激活密钥。 请只使用激活邮件里的 SS1.… 密钥。
